The IBERMIS website (the “website”) are owned by International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources, Centre for Mediterranean Cooperation (hereafter “IUCN-Med”). IUCN-Med is hereafter collectively referred to as “We” o “Us”.
The Terms and Conditions apply to all persons who access the website (hereafter referred to as “User” or “Users” or “you”).
We reserve the right to modify, update or correct the content of the website and these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time and without notice.

We may update these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy from time to time, at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the website and the application. The general content from IBERMIS website is owned by IUCN-Med.
The e-IBERMIS website contains copyrighted material and/or other proprietary information and thus, data is protected by intellectual property agreements and copyright laws and regulations worldwide. IUCN-Med and/or their collaborators are the sole and exclusive owners of all rights, titles and interests, including trademarks, copyrights, trade names, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, contained in the data and software IBERMIS.
You agree to not alter or remove any copyright symbol or other identification concerning authorship of any of the material contained on or otherwise made available to you from the website and application.
Images
All photographs and illustrations contained and used in the website and in the application remain the property of the original copyright holder. Photographs and illustrations should not be reproduced or used in other contexts without written permission from the copyright holder. IUCN-Med is granted permission to publish all photographs attached to reports uploaded by IBERMIS collaborators exclusively within the context of the website.
Any other use of graphic material contributed by collaborators outside the aforementioned context must be agreed with the authors themselves.

Reproduction of the content of IBERMIS website for educational or other non-commercial purposes is authorized without prior written permission provided the source is fully acknowledged (IUCN Centre for Mediterranean Cooperation and Life INVASAQUA, download date dd/mm/yy) and under certain conditions:

Usage of IBERMIS website
- IBERMIS is of free use.
- Data (including all details), which have been submitted by a User, are owned by UICN-Med and the User/group of Users who submitted the data.
- Submitted data will be used by Us or our Partners only to conservation, educational or scientific and research purposes. In any case, you will be informed of the usage of the data submitted by you, and the source will be fully acknowledged.
- Other’s IBERMIS Users data can be used by a User or third party only with prior written permission from the owners of the data (Us and the submitting User).
- The use of data originating from IBERMIS must be quoted as follows: ‘Data obtained from IBERMIS + author (Name and surname)’.
- IUCN-Med is committed to protect the security of your personal information. Any personal information provided to us by you is handled with due care and security, and will not be used in ways other than as set forth in these Terms and Conditions , or in any site/area-specific policies, or in ways to which you have not explicitly consented.
- Administrators of IBERMIS however still have access to all details of these records. Submitted data can be viewed and revised by an IBERMIS Administrator at all times. The Administrator might contact you about a record, for example, for clarification or for conservation reasons.
- Users take the responsibility to not put themselves and others in danger, cause material damage to third parties, harm nature or compromise potential evidences when using IBERMIS.
- Large amounts of data should not be shown and/or made public in other websites or applications without permission of IBERMIS owners. For these cases, please contact us at .
- IUCN-Med assumes no liability for any actions resulting from the use of this application. By agreeing to these user terms, you waive Us of all liability, either in the event of injury or loss while using our application, or in the event that your account and user information is accessed by a third party.
